Property Manager:
A minimum of five years property management experience is required, two years of management experience is required. Basic arithmetic skills are necessary. Excellent communication skills and organization skills are necessary. Computer literacy is required.

A college degree with major course work in business administration or a related field is generally preferred. Experience and education may be substituted for one another. Must maintain current vehicle liability insurance and a current valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside with your current address.

Assistant Manager:
A minimum of two years’ experience in property management, with at least one year experience as a leasing consultant, business manager or property manager. Must be able to complete advanced business mathematical functions. Position requires excellent administrative, organization and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Must be able to successfully and effectively communicate with a variety of personnel. Computer literacy is required.

High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required. Must be able to read, write and communicate English fluently. Must maintain current vehicle liability insurance and a current valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside with your current address.

Leasing Consultant:
A minimum of one year sales experience preferred; customer service background desirable. Basic arithmetic skills are necessary. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary. Computer literacy is required.

A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required; a college degree or some college coursework is desirable. Must maintain current vehicle liability insurance and a current valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside with your current address.

Lead Maintenance:
Lead Maintenance candidates must have the knowledge and ability to perform the following duties:

  • Complete property maintenance tasks and respond to property service requests. Repair and maintain property plumbing, electrical, mechanical and security systems.
  • Supervise property make ready operations and work closely with office staff to insure that apartment units are ready for showing and resident move-ins.
  • Assist property manager with preparation of maintenance operating budgets in accordance with owner objectives.
  • Order and purchase supplies, equipment and contract work according to required purchasing and bidding procedures.

A minimum of two years’ experience in property management maintenance is required. Must have the proven ability to successfully work with people and diagnose and complete required maintenance/repair work. Must be able to complete beginning to intermediate mathematical functions. High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required. Must be able to read, write and communicate English fluently. Must have EPA certifications and other licenses required by law. Must maintain current vehicle liability insurance and current valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside with your current address.

Position is also required to serve on-call.

Assistant Maintenance:
Assistant Maintenance candidates must have the knowledge and ability to perform the following duties:

  • Complete all assigned maintenance requests within 24 hours, if possible.
  • Fill out work orders; submit completed work orders and time sheet to the lead maintenance.
  • Repair and maintain property plumbing, electrical, grounds, air conditioning, mechanical and security systems. Ensure all appliances in units are in working order and test all replacements before installing for guests.
  • Respond to service calls after hours when scheduled.

A minimum of one year building/grounds maintenance is preferred. Effective communication skills are necessary. Beginning to intermediate mathematical functions necessary. High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required. Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively. Must have required EPA certifications and other licenses required by law. Must maintain current vehicle liability insurance and a current driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside with your current address.

Position is also required to serve on-call.
